Leander Rail is renowned for its understanding of the numerous listed and heritage
railway structures located across the country and has been involved in a wide variety of projects to
either repair, extend or replicate as necessary. Past projects have included cast iron buildings,
heritage ironwork, replica rolling stock, gates and railings, balconies, metal windows, roofs, rain-
water goods, staircases and balustrades, and even fountains.
Our extensive and widely recognised work means we are able to offer anything from individual components; both new and secondhand. Our work on railway heritage projects has been recognised and utilised where a sound historical understanding of the railway needs to be melded with craftsmanship and modern engineering, whilst also retaining the character of the original engineering.
